
This was daughter Katie's view today as she was biking on the trail between Redfield and Linden, Iowa. At almost 5:00 PM and about a half-hour's drive from these cows, Bill's and my thermometer says 96 degrees. (These cows want you to click on this image so they can see you better.)

Marti, Peg, and Mona, I’m glad you all like Katie’s photo. And, Peggy, perhaps you have a new career in store for you. A photographer’s assistant who takes care of all details of the bovine photo shoots! After all, you did organize all the photography details at Daddy’s 90th birthday party! Oh, but we are Norwegian! Still, close enough!
